Hole is too small for the screw ! Waste dmt time took my entire bed apart and everything! Not happy! Welding looks shoddy too. Will be returning

The paper instructions try too hard to be simple, and come across confusing. I would love two things: written instructions that reassure the customer, and this video or a better one on a $5 16gb jump drive packaged in with the materials.

Hi, thank you for the video. It helped but it doesn't show what the small washers are for and there's 23 of them compared to the larger ones which are 20.

Does it have any compatible headboard?

Hi it’s was great to assemble, but I have one question, in the middle of the wooden slats there is a gap in between, and the metal bar isn’t on the same level as the wood and I can feel a dip is there a way to fix it?

Anybody recommending a Zinus Mattress is getting paid to say it or is getting some compensation for it. Zinus customer support and their warranty are both a joke. I have a one of their mattresses and have been trying for over over 6 months to get warranty service from them. Since you can't see the indentations they don't want to cover it. My mattress has areas where it's less firm and other areas that are firm so it creates bumps that put pressure on parts of my body. I have 9 herniated discs in my back and it hurts when one of those bumps presses on certain areas of my body, so I have to constantly move around during the night trying to find a place where the bumps don't hurt me. After retiring from the Air Force the least I want to have at night is a peaceful sleep. What else can we do to get Zinus to honor their warranty?

These beds are rubbish!! I’ve now had to send the second one back. Same issue as the last one!! Useless

Rồi trong trường hợp nếu nệm còn mới thì công ty thu về làm nệm tái chế hay sao? Trong khi trong chính sách bảo hành của Zinus không hề đề cập đến việc khấu hao sản phẩm được bảo hành. Mong bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng cho tôi câu trả lời thỏa đáng.

Nice bedframe I have the full bed frame. Only things is that for the center your supposed to but the washer first than the screw, per the instructions, but when I did that, the screw was too short and would not screw in. I eliminated the use of the washers and it screwed in fine after that.

Not sure what the other guy was on about, this really wasn’t that hard to put together. Very self explanatory and the instructions were clear. Worth it for the 160 I paid.

They labeled the hardware, but didn’t include the hardware in the diagram. So dumb.
